USAA invests in the next generation of veterans.
NEW YORK CITY – FourBlock has been awarded a $102,000 grant from USAA to support the foundation’s Career Readiness Program nationally.
Fulfilling careers for veterans and military families is one of USAA’s national areas of focus. “The intent of our philanthropic investments at the national level is to make a positive impact in the lives of service members and their families by supporting programs that help them weather the challenges of military life,” reads the company’s website. “We are committed to providing fulfilling careers for veterans and military spouses, and are working to inspire and encourage other employers to do the same.”
FourBlock’s Career Readiness Program is a semester-long, university-accredited program that provides the professional development, career exploration, and network that today’s generation of veterans need to be competitive for great careers.
FourBlock would like to thank USAA for its generosity and commitment to FourBlock’s mission of equipping transitioning veterans to achieve meaningful, long-term employment.
