FourBlock’s Career Readiness Programs are multi-week, cohort-based courses designed to help veterans and military spouses successfully transition into meaningful civilian careers. Developed with Columbia University faculty, the program combines career exploration, personal branding, one-on-one coaching, and direct employer engagement. Participants build confidence, expand their networks, and gain the tools they need to navigate the modern job market with purpose and clarity.
