Launia Terry | Diversity & Inclusion Leader
Launia serves as FourBlock’s Diversity & Inclusion Leader.
She is the Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition for Day & Zimmermann. Launia joined Day & Zimmermann in September 2016 as the Sr. Corporate Recruiter for D & Z’s Munitions Group. In her role, she is responsible for full-life cycle recruiting of staff employees, diversity recruiting and cultivating relationships between hiring managers, HR business partners and candidates.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Park University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. She is a recently retired Air Force Veteran in which she has over 20 years of recruiting experience.
