Our alumni continue to be an essential part of our community through mentorship and ambassador roles, coming back to FourBlock to “pay it forward” and teach, mentor, and hire the next cohort of veterans in transition. FourBlock continues to support our alumni in their career pursuits, providing the ongoing opportunity to build lasting and meaningful professional relationships through our exclusive online community, FourBlock Connect, as well as local and national events, networking opportunities, and more.

Our Alumni

After more than 10 years, more than 3,000 veterans have successfully completed our program and become members of the FourBlock community.

Our alumni have gone on to excel in meaningful careers with top companies, with 84%* securing an internship or full-time position at the company or in the industry of their choosing and remaining at their first post military position for more than a year. The average starting base salary for our participants is $92,811.*

Pay it Forward: National Leadership Council

Our alumni community is our strength and what makes our organization unique. We formed the FourBlock National Leadership Council to provide a new way for our alumni to give back to the FourBlock community and to respond to the significant impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on employment across the country.

Since its official launch in April of 2020, the National Leadership Council has been mobilizing to help provide immediate assistance to veterans most in need and to provide strategic insight and advice to FourBlock’s leadership and Board of Directors so that we can continue to serve transitioning veterans in the years to come.
